Excluding pre-ordered items, delivery will be made within approximately 10 business days after payment is completed. For items in stock, delivery is possible within a minimum of 3 business days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges after payment has been completed.

We would appreciate it if you could check the size and color before purchasing.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, a shipping error, or damage during delivery, please contact us via the inquiry form within 7 days of receiving the product, ensuring that all product tags, accessories, and packaging materials are included.

After verification, we will arrange for a return or exchange.

During the checkout process, please enter your code in the "Add discount" field displayed on the checkout screen.

After entering the code, click "Apply," and

the discounted price will be displayed.

After your order has been shipped, we will send you a tracking number to the email address you registered when placing your order.

Please note that because our products are shipped from an overseas warehouse, tracking information may not be reflected immediately after shipment.

Once your package arrives in Japan (approximately 4-5 days after shipment), you will be able to check the delivery status using the tracking number.

At checkout, select "Proceed to Checkout," enter your shipping information, and then tap "Proceed to Select Shipping Method." On the next page, select "Convenience Store Payment."
